In 2023, we realised a state-of-the-art timber silo for winter maintenance in Eberstein, Austria. This silo system combines innovative measuring and weighing technology with advanced control technology. The round silo, with a volume of 350m3 and a height of almost 20 metres, is specially designed for storing salt.
 
The silo is also equipped with a silo outlet that has a double segment gate valve, an emergency inspection gate valve and a height-adjustable windsock. An additional ventilation pipe effectively prevents salt residues on the roof.
