BIM processes
The future of construction
Three-dimensional data and networked construction processes are not dreams of the future, they’re part of our routine day-to-day work. As timber builders, we’ve also long been familiar with the principle of prefabrication. We use these preconditions for your benefit in the BIM process.
As the BIM coordinator on your timber construction project, we place our experience, know-how and our network of all project participants – architects, clients, planners, subcontractors – at your disposal. Collaboration on a joint three-dimensional model creates transparency and improves efficiency. This also provides a basis for the use, operation and maintenance of the building as well as future renovation or conversion. From the digital model to the actual timber construction and back again.

«Despite the high level of mechanisation, it’s essential that the project partners speak to each other and clarify all unanswered questions during the round table at the start of the project. This is because the BIM method requires all project participants to work together on the same digital 3D model in a timely, simultaneous, coordinated and structured way and to interact with each other.»Richi Jussel, project development Blumer-Lehmann AG
