In 2023, we realised a wooden silo with a volume of 200m³ in Külsheim, Germany. This silo facility is specially designed for the storage and processing of salt and brine and combines innovative technologies and materials to create a comprehensive overall solution.

The round silo, whose façade is made of larch wood, blends harmoniously into its surroundings and at the same time ensures a robust and durable construction. The brine technology, supplemented by a Quanto salt dissolving system and brine tank system, enables precise and reliable storage and distribution of brine. The centrepiece of the system is the advanced measuring and weighing technology which, together with the modern control technology, ensures precise control and monitoring of the stock levels.

The conveyor technology includes a high-performance modular conveyor system that ensures efficient and reliable transport of the salt from the hall to the silo. The separate salt storage hall offers additional space for storing larger quantities of salt and supports the logistics on site. Overall, this comprehensive system represents an ideal solution for salt storage and processing in Külsheim.
