Perfect piping for your gritting material

Careful planning, calculation and assembly of the piping for your facility are essential for ensuring that the gritting material finds its way from the conveyor system to one or several silos without detours or incidents. The pipeline routing is always individually tailored to on-site realities.

We install so-called pinch valves to pipes for the feeding of multiple systems. These valves, which are controlled by compressed air, enable the precise filling of the desired silo. The compressed air is specially prepared for outdoor use by an air-drying unit (i.e. the moisture is extracted) so that no condensation water is produced. This means that we can guarantee perfect compressed air at all times, even at temperatures well below zero.
