Stationary underfloor conveyor system

From the storage hall to the loading silo

Powered by an electric drive, stationary underfloor and overfloor conveyor systems can be used to fill loading silos in the salt storage depot. The salt is transported to the large hopper above the rotary feeder via a wheel loader or conveyor belt. The feeder then discharges doses of salt into the air stream, which is blown by the compressor through the conveyor line into the silo. This low-pressure delivery (maximum 0.6 bar) means that you can work with a small power output starting at 18.5 kW. Systems of up to 90 kW are possible for long conveyor distances and high capacities. The design is individually tailored to the conditions on site.
