Bistro with lakeside terrace

Blumer Lehmann acted as general contractor to implement the building that consists of timber modules made in their own production facility in Grossenlüder.

The ‘Bistro um Séi’ is located directly on the banks of Upper Sûre Lake in Lultzhausen, Luxembourg. The single-storey modular construction with a floor area spanning roughly 60 m2 consists of two modules and a covered terrace area in an open design and with views over the lake. The modules contain a production kitchen and public toilets. Pre-greyed Swiss spruce was used for the bistro’s facade. The roof surfaces are green. The compact building has electrical heating and a kitchen extraction system, which is also clad in spruce.
