From a single-family home to a multiple-family dwelling

With great attention to detail, our in-house architects and project managers planned the roof extension for the additional apartment that will be rented out in the future. They paid particular attention to ensuring that the extension was in keeping with the existing property. The additional storey on the single-family home was completed in six months.

Our conversion team oversaw the structural implementation. The project extended the existing building by adding a storey and a top floor. The extension was completed in classic prefabricated timber construction. The newly created living space measures 122 m2 and contains a kitchen, a wet room with shower and toilet, an office, a bedroom and a loft. The additional apartment is accessed via a separate entrance using an external platform that can also be used as a balcony.

Following the extension, the facade was re-painted and the front elevations of the extension were clad with a facade made from pre-greyed spruce and anthracite grey Eternit panels.
