We are looking for reinforcement for our locations in Grafschaft-Gelsdorf and Cologne-Ehrenfeld.

Tasks

  • You will independently supervise the project manager/AVOR timber construction team. You will lead the project teams and actively participate as a project manager in the planning and coordination of a wide range of timber construction projects.
  • You coordinate tasks and projects in your team with an overview. 
  • With your experience, you will be involved in project development and create models and work plans in more complex contexts. 
  • You monitor the costs, deadlines and, in particular, the quality of ongoing projects. You develop ideas for improvement and ensure the correct flow of information with upstream and downstream departments.
  • You bring projects to a successful conclusion and create good handovers and evaluations. 

Requirements

  • With basic training in the construction industry, ideally as a carpenter, you have what it takes. Ideally, you will have completed further training to become a technician, master craftsman or civil engineer.
  • With your specialist knowledge and structured approach, you are a very good partner for our production and workshop management.
  • You have the ability to lead your employees well and respectfully, manage projects and contribute your own suggestions and solutions.
  • You already have experience with CAD, ideally the CADwork software.
