We are looking for reinforcement for our locations in Grafschaft-Gelsdorf and Cologne-Ehrenfeld.

Tasks

  • You will be involved in the development of our diverse timber constructions and will be responsible for projects from the planning stage through to successful completion.
  • Your tasks will include creating models and working drawings.
  • You will lead your project team with great commitment and ensure a successful flow of information as well as good coordination with upstream and downstream departments (e.g. calculation, production, client, etc.).
  • You keep an eye on costs, manage deadlines and monitor the quality of ongoing projects. With your vision, you and your team will develop ideas for further development.

Requirements

  • With basic training in the construction industry, ideally as a carpenter, you have what it takes. Ideally, you will have completed further training to become a technician, master craftsman, civil engineer or architect.
  • You already have experience in project management and experience with CAD (ideally CADwork).
  • With your personality and specialist knowledge, you have the ability to lead your team and also develop your own proposals and solutions to complex issues.
