We are looking for reinforcement for our location in Grafschaft-Gelsdorf.
Tasks
- You will be responsible for and supervise our diverse construction projects - from planning to turnkey completion of the construction project.
- You will develop the projects together with the architects and specialist planners, invite tenders for subcontractor services and coordinate the planners and contractors involved.
- You will manage and coordinate our construction sites with enthusiasm.
- You monitor costs, deadlines and, in particular, quality during planning and construction.
Requirements
- You have training in the construction industry, ideally as a carpenter/master carpenter, or are a qualified construction technician, civil engineer (possibly specializing in wood) or architect.
- You have experience in project management or general contractor/TU work.
- Open and friendly contact with customers and authorities is commonplace for you.
- You are flexible and can also contribute and assert yourself positively and competently in challenging situations.
