We are looking for reinforcement for our location in Grafschaft Gelsdorf.

Tasks

  • You will be responsible for and supervise our diverse construction projects - from planning through to turnkey completion of the construction project.
  • You will develop the projects together with the architects and specialist planners, invite tenders for subcontractor services and coordinate the planners and contractors involved.
  • You will manage and coordinate our construction sites with enthusiasm.
  • You will monitor costs, deadlines and, in particular, quality during planning and construction.

Requirements

  • You have trained in the construction industry, ideally as a carpenter/master carpenter, or are a qualified construction technician, civil engineer (possibly specialising in wood) or architect.
  • You are characterised by experience in project management or general contractor/TU activities.
  • Open and friendly contact with customers and authorities is part of your everyday life.
  • You are flexible and can also contribute and assert yourself positively and competently in challenging situations.
