Foreman | Polish | Master carpenter as construction site manager for assembly (m|f|d)

Tasks

• You are part of a young, motivated team that builds modular, residential, industrial and special buildings with fun and team spirit.
• Together with your team, you will implement our unusual carpentry work in planning and on construction sites in Germany and Luxembourg; As a construction site manager, you organize and coordinate everything from the assembly of the shell to the expansion and completion.
• You organize the processes and work on our construction sites together with the project management and the assembly team management
• In work preparation you create the logistics, assembly and safety concepts.
• With your extensive specialist knowledge and drive, you lead your team competently and motivatingly.
• You support your team with the assembly work and get involved yourself. You organize the projects in terms of material procurement, ordering and create capacity and resource planning for your construction sites.
• You are in regular communication with the project, construction management and production, and ensure the optimal project flow.

Requirements

You have completed training as a carpenter and have trained to become a master craftsman. You will use your valuable professional and leadership experience in a targeted manner. We look forward to your communicative, reliable and team-oriented personality.
