Tasks

  • You are part of a young, motivated team that builds modular, residential, industrial and special buildings with fun and team spirit.
  • Together with your team, you will implement our unusual carpentry work in planning and on construction sites in Germany and Luxembourg; As a construction site manager, you organize and coordinate everything from the assembly of the shell to the expansion and completion.
  • You organize the processes and work on our construction sites together with the project management and the assembly team management
  • During work preparation, you create the work and assembly plans from the Cadwork 3D model and create logistics, assembly and safety concepts.
  • You proactively organize material procurement, ordering and create capacity and resource planning for your construction sites.

Requirements

You have completed training as a carpenter and have completed further training to become a foreman, master craftsman or timber construction engineer. You are an organizational talent, independent and have a passion for timber construction. You will use your valuable professional and leadership experience in a targeted manner.
